2016: Highlights

2016 has been a bit of a crazy, whirlwind year in terms of celebrity deaths and politics. Even though a lot of us can discuss the negatives and be happy to see the back of what 2016 brought us, I wanted to celebrate my highlights of 2016 and welcome 2017 with hope for an even bigger list at the end.

What is your highlight of 2016?

    Just… Wow!
I can’t even think what my ‘highlights’ are. I don’t think ended up with an ileostomy and stoma counts! Umm… Started a blog (not a very good one, admittedly, but I’m proud of the achievement), carved my very first pumpkin at the ripe ol’ age of 28, visited Bath for the first time and their Christmas markets. I’m a little stuck after those… Must make sure I have a better list like yours for 2017 🙂 x

Oh girl, I totally had to go back and look through your Barcelona trip, so lucky! The place you guys stayed at looks so nice!!! That view by the pool area, jeeze!!! You and your boyfriend are so cute. I also went back and looked at the tree house post how cool!!! It’s nothing what I expected it to look like inside! The pancakes though are mouth watering, I need those!! Looks like 2016 was a great year!!!

All of these things are incredible and it sounds like they have outshone any negatives in your year! Speaking in front of everyone at your granddad’s eulogy must have been so difficult but it’s definitely something to be really proud of, especially after what you had just been through 💕 Ahhh Stonehenge is somewhere I really need to visit as it’s so close to me! And your trip to Barcelona looks like it was so fun! xxx
