DISCLAIMER: I was really spoilt this Christmas and I am honestly so so grateful for everything I received. I did not expect to get anywhere near as much as I did and I am incredibly lucky in that respect as not everybody gets to spend Christmas like this.
I really wanted to show you some of the things that I got for Christmas this year. I am blown away by the pressies my family got me and I just had to share some of my favourites!
I have to start with my painting from my boyfriend. If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen me post about this on Christmas Day! I was genuinely over the moon when I opened this present and I can’t believe he kept it a secret for so long! My cat, Bradley, means the absolute world to me and to receive a painting of him was the most thoughtful gift ever.
The following photos are presents that my Mum treated me to. I have to admit that generally I have taken photos of the most ‘photogenic’ of these presents! I was lucky to get a lot of literature related gifts. Mum treated me to a gorgeous copy of A Midsummers Night’s Dream which fits perfectly within my dachshund book ends that she got me too. I also got some goodies from the Alice in Wonderland bath collection that I spotted on ASOS a while back. The bottles are adorable, which makes me not want to use them! You can find them (here) in the sale too now if you’re interested. I also got a lovely pair of classic button up pjs from Next that I had picked out a while ago and are actually from the kid’s section (short people benefits!) and go perfectly with the cosy dressing gown my Nana got for me (here). I was also really shocked when I opened a Lazy Oaf top from their Disney Collaboration (here). I had suggested to her how much I liked it but because of the price I never expected to open it on Christmas Day! Well and truly spoilt.here), as I have been obsessed with sloths for years, and an amazing spa day for two in York – something I am really looking forward to after exam season! My Grandparents got me some lovely kitchen pieces, including a wooden heart-shaped chopping board, which I am going to keep for when I leave university (as well as some money to get myself some sale pieces – which I will be showing you soon!)
I have been so so so lucky this Christmas and I am so grateful of everything that my family bought me. I loved spending time with them, eating lots of food and sleeping a lot. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas too!
