I feel like my wish list this year keeps on building which isn’t good for my bank balance! I thought I would share with you some of the things I am lusting over at the moment. I have to admit that a lot of these are due to the masses of cute Instagrammers I follow who post things I then fall in love with – oops
Lumee Phone Case
I could be totally wrong here but I feel like the Kardashians were at the forefront of this trend?! The Lumee phone cases themselves aren’t the cheapest (around £45 on Argos) but alternatives on eBay retail for around £12 (here) There is no way in hell I am spending an obscene amount of money on a phone case that basically just lights up but the fear of buying a knock off and it exploding in my face or something ridiculous seems waaaay to much of a possibility in my mind!
The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a Fuck Book
Everyone, their mum and the local alley cat has Instagrammed this book and you bet that I want to hop on this train. The title is enough to entice me in and I know that I need this book in my life. I am a huge worrier and I definitely need some “fuck this” attitude. It is reviewed as explaining “how to rid yourself of unwanted obligations, shame, and guilt – and give your fucks instead to people and things that make you happy” on Wordery and who doesn’t want that!? You can find the book here
A Makeup Setting Spray
My house mate swears by the Urban Decay Setting Spray and I have to admit that her raving about it is making me very curious on whether or not they are worth the hype. I always have problems with my makeup lasting but I am nervous to spend £23.50 on a spray that might not work for me! (here) I have recently heard good things about the NYX alternatives – a brand that I adore and trust – so I am tempted to try them out as they are considerably cheaper (£7!) and well loved by the reviews I have seen on Boots. They have both a Matte and Dewy finish version of the spray which I really want to check out.
52 Lists Book
It is no lie that I absolutely love making lists, planning and organising. I recently came across the 52 List books on Wordery and I am officially obsessed. The writing prompts are divided in to seasons with ideas that focus on self-love and devleopment which I think is great. Some of the lists include, “The Happiest Moments Of Your Life So Far”, “Your Best Qualities” and “Your Favourite Quotes” The original is here & happiness one is here
